Registration with Casey Panthers SC for Season 2026 is now Open.

Registration is now open online through our website. We encourage you to register early as Season 2026 is shaping up to be a big one and we don't want you to miss out.

The Registration process must be completed by an adult (person 18 Years and older). This is a requirement of Majestri, our system provider.

Pre-Season Training

Senior Men will commence pre-season training in November 2025.
Juniors will commence pre-season training in early to mid-February 2026. This is dependent on ground availability and team allocations being completed.

Fees for 2026:

MiniRoo Boys U7-11: $ 660
Junior Boys U12-21: $750
MiniRoo Girls U7-11: $460
Junior Girls U13-15: $550
Senior Women's - $550
Senior Men's - $750

Here is what your fees for 2026 contribute to (not all cost incurred items listed):

Uniforms - This year, Casey Panthers has partnered with Mitre for our Playing Kits. Mitre has been synonymous with Football for a long time and we are excited about this new partnership. Your registration fees include the cost of the uniform and will include:
Miniroos U7-U11 will receive match day shirt, shorts, socks;

U12-U18 will receive match day shirt, shorts, socks, and away shirt;
Seniors & Reserves Men and Senior Women will all receive full home and away strip.

Game Day equipment
Nets;
Small sided goals
Poles;
Match balls.
Referees payments (Juniors & Seniors only)

Team Selection:

When registering, you will need to select the correct Playing Age group based on the age the player turns in 2026 (for example, if you are born in the year 2011 you will have to register with the Under 15s).

For players wanting to play up an age group, approval will need to be sought from the Junior Technical Director. It is the preference that all players play in their correct age group.

Teams will be finalised once registrations are complete there are enough players to fill a team with Football Victoria. Should there be either too few or too many for a team, the club will review the affected age groups, contact the affected players and work to offer alternative teams options.

Sponsorship

To assist in keeping our fees as competitive as we can, sponsorship plays a big part in this. The club is always interested in talking to businesses that are keen to sponsor local community clubs. We have a number of sponsorship options and can tailor to suit budget levels. Supporting community sporting clubs is a great way of showing a vested interest in local community. Family Discount
Families with 2 or more registered players will receive a discount across the ENTIRE registration cost. Please ensure you register all players at the same time to receive this discount.

2nd Player = 5%
3rd Player = 10%

Refunds
If you decided to leave Casey Panthers SC, the following are the conditions for the Club granting a refund:

From when you Register up to the commencement of Round 4, any player who withdraws or wants to leave Casey Panthers SC will need to make application in writing to the Committee requesting a refund. This application must outline the reasons to support the request for refund, and if the player is transferring to another club. Conditions for a refund are:

Open of Registrations up to 1st March = 100% refund of fees minus non-refundable portion ($200)
Prior to the start of competition = 75% refund of fees minus FV Fees
From Round 1 up until before commencement of Round 4 = 50% refund of fees minus FV Fees
After the commencement of Round 4 = NO Refund will be given unless there are extenuating circumstances as determined by the Casey Panthers Soccer Club Committee

Any request for refund of fees must be sent to the club in writing to the Secretary (secretary@caseypanthers.com.au) and will be forwarded for the attention of the Club Treasurer. The Club Treasurer and at least one other committee member will evaluate the request and decide on the outcome. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the committee when the player's fees have not been paid in full.

Payments

When registering this season you will have 2 options for payment, these being:
Option 1 - payment in full at time of registering by credit or debit card by 31st March 2026
Option 2 - direct debit. 30% up front, then the remaining 70% split over your choice of weeks (as long as it completes by 31st March 2026)

* If no payment is made against a registration within 7 days, the registration will be cancelled, as this will prevent others from being able to register.
* All fees must be paid by the 31st March April 2026 to be eligible to play.
* If families are experiencing financial difficulty in paying the fees by this date please email secretary@caseypanthers.com.au

Play Football

It is mandatory that every player is registered with Football Victoria through Play Football. This part of registration is not currently open. We anticipate this will be in early March 2025, at which time you will receive a notification that you can complete this part of the registration. You will not be permitted play if this has not been completed.

Terms and conditions

  • When you register with Casey Panthers Soccer Club (CPSC), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

    1. REGISTRATION

    Registrations must be completed online through Majestri. All members must create an account; existing members will already have their details saved from previous seasons. All payments are processed through Majestri.
    •A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure a place in a team.
    •If no payment is made within 7 days, the registration will be cancelled to allow others to register.
    •All Fees and payment plans must be paid in full by 31st March 2026.
    •If families are experiencing financial difficulty in paying the fees by this date please email secretary@caseypanthers.com.au

    By registering with CPSC, you agree to follow the Club Constitution, Policies, Codes of Conduct and all Terms and Conditions found at www.caseypanthers.com.au.
    CPSC operates under a strict NO PAY, NO PLAY policy.
    This applies to both training and match days. Players must be fully paid prior to Round 1.

    2. REGISTERING WITH PLAYFOOTBALL

    All players must also register with PlayFootball. CPSC will advise members once registration has opened
    •PlayFootball registration opens approximately mid-January.
    •Junior players (U12 and above) must upload a passport-style photo for ID cards.
    •If previously registered, players must use their existing FFA number to avoid duplicate profiles.
    •Players transferring from another club must ensure they have deregistered from their previous club. CPSC is not liable for delays caused by incomplete deregistration.
    •All details entered in PlayFootball must be accurate. CPSC cannot amend details such as Date of Birth, and incorrect information may result in ineligibility to play.

    3. REFUNDS

    If you decide to leave Casey Panthers SC, refund requests including reasons for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Secretary (secretary@caseypanthers.com.au)
    Refund eligibility:
    •Registration opening – 1 March: 100% refund minus the non-refundable portion ($200)
    •Prior to competition start: 75% refund of fees minus FV Registration fee
    •Round 1 – before Round 4: 50% refund of fees minus FV Registration fee
    •After Round 4: No refund, unless there are extenuating circumstances approved by the Committee.
    Additional conditions:
    •Refunds are reviewed by the Treasurer and at least one Committee member.
    •Refunds are considered case-by-case and consider non-refundable club expenses, including utilities, ground hire, FV fees, website costs, uniforms, canteen equipment, training equipment, match balls, poles, nets, flags, cones and line marking.

    4. CODE OF CONDUCT

    Any breach of the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action under Football Victoria (FV) regulations, including suspension or exclusion.
    Players Code of Conduct
    i. No foul, abusive or offensive language or behaviour
    ii. No arguing with referees or assistants
    iii. Show respect to participants, officials and spectators
    iv. Play according to the Laws of the Game
    v. Cooperate with coaches, teammates and officials
    vi. No banned substances or drugs
    vii. Display good sportsmanship at all times

    Parent Code of Conduct

    i. Remember children play for fun
    ii. Encourage participation—never force
    iii. Focus on effort, not results
    iv. Encourage playing by the rules
    v. Never ridicule or yell at a child
    vi. Applaud good play by all
    vii. Support efforts to remove abuse from sport
    viii. Respect officials
    ix. Appreciate volunteers and coaches

    Spectator Code of Conduct

    i. Respect all Match Official decisions
    ii. Respect every person regardless of background
    iii. Do not engage in violence
    iv. No discrimination, harassment, abusive language or racist behaviour
    v. Comply with FV Conditions of Entry
    vi. No flares or missiles
    vii. Do not enter the field of play
    viii. Conduct yourself in a way that enhances the reputation of FV, FFA and football
    Breach of Code of Conduct
    If a player/parent/spectator receives a fine due to misconduct, the individual is responsible for paying the fine.
    Incidents will be reviewed by the CPSC Executive Committee, and outcomes may include suspensions or bans from the Club, grounds, and events.

    5. TEAM SELECTION & GRADING

    Objectives
    Our Grading Process
    Our grading process is designed to ensure every player is placed in the most suitable environment for their development, confidence, and enjoyment.
    Aims of the Grading Process
    •Place players in teams that match their skill level and competitive readiness
    •Maximise individual skill development and overall game awareness
    •Support enjoyment, teamwork, and a genuine love of the game

    MiniRoos (U7–U11)
    Informal Grading
    •Players are grouped into teams with others of similar skill level
    •Focus is on building confidence, learning the fundamentals, and developing at their own pace

    Juniors (U12–U18)
    Formal Grading
    •Players are assessed and placed in teams that best suit their ability and development needs
    •Ensures they compete at an appropriate level to support growth and performance
    Team Sizes
    •U10–U11: up to 12 players
    •U12–U13: up to 13 players
    •U14+: up to 16 players

    Team numbers may vary depending on total registrations each season.

    Seniors

    Selected by the Senior Coach.
    Disputes: The Committee will make every effort to address parent/player concerns.

    6. PLAYER GAME TIME

    •Equal game time is not guaranteed.
    •FFV requires players receive at least 35% game time across the season (excluding illness/injury).
    •Senior team game time is at the coach’s discretion.
    •Players must attend training and arrive for games at the specified times.
    •Failure to meet expectations may result in reduced game time.

    7. TRAINING

    •Training days/times are set by the Club and coach.
    •Attendance is expected for all sessions.
    •Cancellations will be communicated via team channels.
    •If unable to attend, players must notify the team manager.
    •Players must arrive prepared with shin guards, water, appropriate clothing, and readiness for all weather conditions.

    8. MEDICAL

    In the event of a serious injury or emergency, and a parent/guardian is absent, the Club authorises coaches or officials to seek medical treatment.
    Players/parents agree to:
    •Cover all medical expenses not included under the Club’s insurance
    •Acknowledge football is a contact sport and accept associated risks
    •Understand that non-financial players are not insured and cannot play until fees are paid

    9. PHOTOS & MEDIA POLICY

    CPSC is committed to protecting member privacy, especially for players under 18.
    •Photos may be taken during club activities and used for club promotion.
    •Images of minors will not include personal information and may only include basic game details.
    •Images of players 18+ may include names only with permission.
    •Individuals photographing games should seek permission from team officials.
    •Images may not be copied or used without Club approval.
    •Permission to use images may be revoked in writing.

    10. WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK (WWCC)

    CPSC is committed to child safety and adheres to Victorian Child Safety Standards.
    All coaches, team managers, Committee members, and volunteers working with players under 18 must hold a valid WWCC.

    Requirements:
    •WWCC details must be provided before commencing in any role
    •Individuals must ensure their WWCC remains current
    •Any change of status must be reported immediately
    •Volunteers without a valid WWCC cannot work with junior teams
    •The Club may remove any individual whose WWCC is expired, revoked or not provided

    11. GRIEVANCE PROCESS

    If concerns arise:
    1.Raise the issue with the team manager
    2.Team manager discusses with the coach
    3.If unresolved, the team manager refers the matter to the Club Secretary for further resolution

    By completing your registration with Casey Panthers Soccer Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to abide by all Club rules, policies, and conduct expectations. You agree to represent the Club and the game of football with respect and integrity.
